We acknowledge that it’s very difficult to predict future service developments, but please provide as much information as possible to help our analysts.

Understanding how service users access the premises is essential when considering redesign, refurbishments or new builds.

How do patients travel to the surgery at present? (We will carry out a full traffic survey if applicable, but an indication would be useful)

If the surgery were to relocate could there be access issues for some of the patients? (Again, this may be covered in the traffic survey, but thoughts / indications would be helpful)

Have you received any feedback from patients or service users relating to the physical environment that you are able to share with us, that we relevant and pertinent to this project?
